I am happy about this change. I think that when there are over 100 awards to be won competition isn't as stiff, which is boring. I know that alot of people will be unhappy about this change because some of their favorite artists will have a smaller chance of winning an award, but what fun is an industry that isn't competitive?
I agree. We are so concerned today with making everyone feel good and allowing everyone to win. Well, in life you are going to loose, might as well teach people that.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad they're cutting some awards too. I think this will boost ratings more, since there will be a bigger competition for an award. If you can win an award in a harder category, then I think that it shows how much you deserve it.
